I've gone three or four different days during the week, and at various times. I've driven as early between 8:00 and 10:00 am, other times between 12:00 and 3:00, and then other times between 4:00 and 7:00 and some days I may see one, then I may not see others again for a while.

Unless you're stupid enough like a former member who had contact with the suppliers whenever they delivered and the consequent traffic that would follow, I'd advise you to just keep scouting. It will come with time.
