I thought " Hang on, how is she going to come to the appointment if she is away " but I didn't see any cancellations or postponing notices in my email about the appointment so I thought everything was ok.
Just to make sure everything was okay I sent her a text message on December 11 , stating that I was coming on the date and time I had agreed, but could she just send me a confirmation text as I had to drive half an hour to reach her. No answer.
Sunday December 12 I received an automatic mail and message to remind of my appointment. I sent her a few messages stating I was coming. I also sent reply to the mail to see if I had the wrong number, as I wasn't receiving any texts.
Again no answer to the mail or texts I had sent.
In the end I jumped into my car, drove half an hour to go to the seedy place, waited for 15 minutes, and as I didn't receive a message back, and when nothing happened drove back another half an hour.
It was a total disappointment, as I wasted one and a half hour of my time just driving and waiting.
I hope one of you gents which are her regular customers would inform her that this isn't the way to treat her new customers.
I can understand her situation where she doesn't want to waste time doing nothing when the customer doesn't show up, but that doesn't give her the right to the same to her customers.
If she changes her programme for any reason, she should have informed.
