I was supposed to meet someone in the Northeast but it didn't work out. Traffic was bad on 95 south, so I decided to take route 1 to the K ave area. Bad idea, I am very certain I going to get one of those camera speeding tickets in the mail now. Never the less, made to K ave and there were lots of LEO. Many driving with their red / blue lights on steady not flashing. I saw several near the Jasper st area and kept looping up the ave and right behind me is a large police cruiser / suburban type vehicle with lights on steady. I was already pulled over hoping the girl on the corner would pull down and was looking at my phone so he slowed and past me by. I should have left then. After a few more minutes, I connect with a girl named Jessica. About 5'5" maybe 120 with brown hair to her shoulders. Tell me she is hardly out but is back on the "stuff". She just turned down an african american guy, tells me she does not trust them. For 20, she makes me happy and when I tell her not to spill a drop because I have to go home to the wife, she tells me she is going to swallow it. BONUS, as most of had had, spit it out. Drove around for a while to find a spot to do it in and I think it was port richmond area as there were lots of LEO in Kensington. She does have digits and gave them to me. She also told me of the $10 house that we can get next time for 45 minutes but the truth is, I have never done that and scares the shit out of me. I was in town, and a bit drunk, so to pass the time while I got myself legal to drive back, went for an explore of the avenue. In the course of this, I met South African Stevie (doesn't like Steph), tallish skinny blonde, early 30's, probably around Jasper / Sergeant. She had a bit of a go at blowing me, but realistically, we weren't getting anywhere in my state. Stayed a while with her, she seemed to like being escorted around while she sated her various habits. Also spent a while trying to get her new phone reactivated. I wouldn't mind getting back there to try again some time, she was pretty good company and reckons she owes me for helping her with her phone.

About a half hour later I was approaching her location again and once again I see her walking So just No of the underpass, once again solid eye contact. I make the same loop to turn around I had before and she was GONE! Like, vanished. Even turned around once more for one last look heading and. No luck, I turned the opposite way and cruised down a parallel before turning back onto the ave and saw a cute girl around Huntingdon station. So I make a left at the next light and loop back around noticing a girl just sitting on a stone in an empty lot and make eye contact but get back to pass by Huntingdon again and I don't see the same girl but another one or two.
Well what the hell, I figure I'll swing back around and check out the girl on the side st. I make the same left at the light I did before and see a girl I noticed earlier. . . And she hops into another car, DAMNIT! LOL So I continue on and the girl on the rock is gone. So I turn and notice another girl on the next corner, so ONCE AGAIN I circle around (recurring theme? LOL). I pull up at the corner, she comes to the window we say hey and she hops in. Now like I said I'm normally in S Philly so when she asked I didn't have a "usual spot" but having lived sort of not really in the area I kinda had a place in mind that wasn't too far off.
Her name was Mia (90% sure, my hearing kinda sucks on top of always having been terrible with names) longish curly brown hair, kinda thick but very cute and very nice tits which I got a feel of. We then decided on something quick as I was a bit pressed for time and I really wish I hadn't as I was offered EVERYTHING. She asked what I usually gave and told her 3 sometimes 2, depends, she said her usual was 4 which I was fine with as oral was her speciality. Had a decent session with tall, rail thin Nikki on Wednesday night around 2 am. She has long kinda wavy brunette hair and was pretty hot other than the rail thin part. Saw her on K near Cumberland. When I have found trouble in the hobby it has usually been when I had forgotten, ignored or thought I was smarter than the "conventional wisdom" as laid out by the 22 Rules.
From a girl's perspective, she is there for one reason. Which dude do you think a girl is going to pick to date?
1) A dude who rolls up and wants to chat.
2) A dude who starts with an offer of a ride.
Let's look at the encounter from her point of view. Girls tell me there are plenty of dudes who roll up and just want to talk to them with no intention of dating or while they are self servicing. Also, as a known SW, standing on the stroll, having a conversation with a dude makes her and YOU more visible to LE, neighbours, etc. Finally, the girl is sizing up you and your ride;- she has to decide if you are acting like LE, are safe, can or will pay, etc.
So hey. I'm just sayin'.
Sounds like she thought you were LE, and she wasn't interested in taking a risk with you without proof. Or maybe that was her excuse? For every failure I have in the hobby it is treated like a mission - I do a debriefing when its is over: What worked? What went wrong? What could be done differently? What did I miss? Did I deviate from the rules? IS it possible the deviations effected the outcome? But hey - that's just me. imho, good, safe, LT hobbying looks easy, when in reality, it isn't.

I mean like they grab door handle fast and then we talk a couple of blocks later. The conversation is all hush hush till we get a couple of blocks away from the scene.
