I hooked up with kylie Sunday night after the Phils lost I thought she said her name was Katie, but after seeing her pics on here I know it was indeed kylie. She really is pretty in person but her attitude is bitchy. The DD must not be her only working area because I picked her up near somerset. She told me she usually gets.4 for a BJ but I told her I'll drop her back off cause I know what the going rate for a BJ is on the K and she agreed to it. I found a good spot for the BJ and it was actually pretty good until she started freaking out because another car parked right in front of us but I saw that it was another monger with his date. They didn't even notice us parked right behind them. Kylie calmed down a little and continued with the BBBJ but started freaking out again seeing movement in the car in front of us (windows were foggy so I think they were about to do FS). She wanted me to find another location so I did because I knew that would prolong me from bustin a nut but after awhile in the new location Kylie started to complain with major attitude that I was taking to long for "only a.25 BJ" I didn't get that nut that I wanted to bust in her mouth because kylie she got pissed that I was taking so long & she got out even more pissed that she was gonna have to walk. YMMW I would pick Kylie up again but only for a hotel date and if I know she not in need of a dope fix.

I would agree, but I'm sure Philly will push this along as far as they can. Other cities have tried this and lost their position in court. Philly gov't seems to think that they are an entity of their own. Almost as if they have the same authority as the State.

I think it's more the nose on her than anything. If you can get past the
nose the rest of her facial features are actually attractive. I've met girls
that I said if she were my girl I'd get her a boob job. This one would be

Image all the paperwork when it gets overturned. They like to use thier phones more those tin cans and string they call a radio system.

The TV news reporters indicate that they will just give warnings out until a certain date. In meantime, it is possible that they will just use this as a reason to stop a car and investigate the driver. One news reporter stated that even being parked and talking on the cell phone could get you a warning ticket.

Until it is clear what the city will do with this new ruling, I would be careful in Philly while being in the car and using the cell phone. Regardless if it is a warning or a ticket that will get overturned, it could pose a problem for us being stopped. That is why I posted it.

I would hope that common sense might apply. Whereas it would be O.K. if you were using a cell phone in your car that is parked off of the surface streets. I certainly would not want to go outside of the car in the dead of winter just to make a cell phone call.

Philadelphia, the cradle of liberty, where did you lose your way. Ben Franklin, a very famous Philadelphia resident, once said and I'll paraphrase "Those who would give up Liberty for Security deserve neither." If the city government breaks the law day in and day out how can they reasonably expect the citizentry to respect the rule of law. Philadelphia has become a joke, it's own little feifdom, with it's illegal ordinances that completely violate state law. First they pass a city ordinance banning the hanging of air freshners off of rearview mirrors, a shaky ordinance at best. Legally it can only be a secondary ticket i.e. they can't stop you for it since it's not a moving violation. State law says that in the state of Pennsylvania you can be stopped only if a duly appointed officer observes you making a moving violation, after that he can then cite you for other secondary violations. However the PPD saw this as an oppurtunity to stop and harass it's citizens when it can't find anything else on you. I have mixed feelings about this ban, first I did read that it allows hands free devices and it does not target those who are parked. I think it is dangerous to try and study a phone on your ear with one hand and drive with the other, I don't think the act of talking in and of itself is dangerous, to me if you have your hands free it's no more dangerous than talking to your passenger. I am worried however that this ban is gonna be used to further harass citizens in the poorer neighborhoods who are already unfairly targeted by the PPD. I wish they would put the same effort into figuring out how to fix our school system as they do dreaming up these crazy ordinances, that's an idea that would actually solve more problems than it causes.

I haven't had a problem. Have been at her main location and now that
the Septa strike is on she is temp staying in the area she is renting
a room. A little dicier than her reg place, but safe just the same. Well
everyone calls safe something different, but I didn't feel threatened.

The judges seem to get annoyed with so many of the crazy tickets given out, especially the ones meant to harass people. We got a pretty bad civil rights record in this city when it comes to LE.

Not sure but seems like Kylie only does dates in cars or back at her
place. I believe she mentioned about not going to hotels, but I could
be wrong.
