Freckles over her whole body. Pixie haircut. Was on the Tibbs stroll everyday. I would be really surprised if it's this girl you saw out near Shadeland. Anything's possible I guess but I would highly doubt it.

I've been checking out the Tibbs stroll for longer than I care to admit. In all that time I've never seen this one before this week. Saw her out three times and got a photo two of those times. Both times she was quite animated talking to herself, or?, and yelling at traffic. One time she came off the curb and darn near got run over. Kudos to the driver with quick reflexes!

She does fairly well at taking direction as well. But she has no teeth, ask her to suck as hard as she can (and she will) and then grab both ears and go at it bouncing your tip off the back of her throat like there's no tomorrow. Youngish black girl with big glasses on a side street near Washington and Sherman. Towing a large suitcase behind her.
