I tend to have long term arrangements but they have varried over the years. I had one college student who I saw every week or two. Didn't have a set arrangement. Sometimes I'd buy stuff off her amazon wish list, give cash (usually 200-250), or help with bills. Once had a threesome with her and a friend in exchange for buying them both an inflatable paddle board (their idea not mine). Another arrangement was with another college student who wanted 600 bucks a month with the agreement we would see each other 2-3 times a month. Each encounter lasted 2-3 hours or so. My current SB gets around 1000 a month and we see each other 3-4 times a month. I only have 1 SB at a time and most arrangements have lasted at least a year.

She made it clear from the getgo that she wanted it to be more friends than benefits. We had a couple overnighters but it was mostly mornings. After she took her kids to school she would leave the door unlocked and jump in the shower wher the festivities started. She made coffee, breakfast, dessert was round 2. That lasted a little more than 2 years.

The second one was an ex-girlfriend who invited me to lunch. Toward the end of lunch, she told me she had gotten behind on bills and needed $200. She said she had no way to pay me back with cash but wondered if we could work out an arrangement. She continued to need cash and we would hook up every 2 or 3 weeks. Apparently I was helping fund a drug habit, her daughter called about a year into the arrangement to let me know she had ODed. So I'm back in the hunt.

If you have a doctor just tell him or her why and they will take care of it. My doc is fully aware of my extracurricular activities and I believe that is a good idea. I also get myself checked twice a year. If you don't have a doctor then most counties have screening facilities specifically for that purpose. Just look under Health Department.

I was asked for I'd but refused; if you don't need it for voting why the hell should you have to present it for sti testing. Fake name, address, hobby phone # and an anonymous email for retrieving results. I have never tested positive for anything so I am not sure about how to handle treatment with them but I'd have much bigger problems to worry about if I caught something. Have a cover story about why you would have been seen in that area in case your wife and / or GF finds out you were there.

I think it was 65 bucks then they emailed me a slip to take to a local lab. Had the tests and they emailed me the results the next day I think. My insurance paid for the tests. I could have just paid cash if I wanted. If I tested positive they would have called in a prescription or refer me to someone if it was something antibiotics couldn't cure. I didn't want to do the health dept or go to my own doc.

Credit cards or insurance being billed are non-starters. I would happily use one of those express services if I could pay with cash.

The real question for me is what to do if I brought something home but she didn't know yet? Bribing doctors for a fake diagnosis or slipping the antibiotic in her food are probably both criminal offenses. I usually have a plan for everything but that would be tough.

I usually have a plan for everything but that would be tough.[/QUOTE]If you need a SO to take antibiotics just say you were exposed to meningitis or one of a few other diseases that typically will trigger preventative antibiotics. Best bet is to bring her antibiotics and say your doc said she should take them with you. However if she goes to her doc he will should prescribe a course no questions asked as long as the details are right. Albeit a much stronger turn your urine colors antibiotic then most sti need.

I'm not married anymore but still get tested quarterly. I do have a S. O. The hobby has it's costs and drawbacks. I think getting tested fairly often a good practice as well as CFS. I set the 3 month period myself between tests. BBFS is tempting and often available for regulars but. Risks with oral are thought to be lower. There is comfort in the tests.

There is comfort in the tests.[/QUOTE]To each their own, but if you run the numbers let's say a provider sees 3 guys a day, that's roughly 21 guys a week or 90 guys a month. Let's say that on a high end 25% are regulars. You're still talking about 60+ different guys. You can say all you want about her being clean and you being clean, but can you account for the other sixty guys to be clean? NOPE. BBFS is just foolish. Hey it's your life and health on the line you do what you want, I'm just looking at the numbers and that speaks volumes. And this is just at 3 guys a day. We all know many of them see more than that.
