I just wanted to let the locals who know me here that I'm changing to a new profile (pending moderator approval).

Why? Because when I originally set up this account, I used an email address attached to a domain name that is no longer available to me. A cyber-squatter is now sitting on the domain and holding it ransom, thus not allowing me to change the email address associated with this account because I can't confirm on the old email address. (short of paying that gratuitous price for purchasing the domain)

I'm tired of not having the ability to receive email notifications whenever I get a private message, so I'm setting up a new account.

I would like this post to stand here as proof that the transfer is happening and though I may lose my "senior" status, I'll be able to refer folks back to this post so they can check my reputation.

To put it succinctly, RCloverfield = Phrogmoon. Same person. Same rep. (pending moderator approval on the new account)

Remember there is a difference between circumstantial evidence and direct evidence. I can't see LE and or the DA's office expending to much time and resources to a case that is based on circumstantial evidence.

So you called this provider 4 times in a month. If this was the only evidence available to a jury, there would be reasonable doubt as to the reason for the phone calls. You could have seen her ad and been calling her for a real date, you are the night in shining armor type and want to save her from this life she as gotten into. I never use my personal cell phone. You can purchase a burn phone that can't be traced to you.

There is national news lately about a practice that has taken place by the Mich Police, called extraction of data from cell phones of motorists even during routine stops, and even when there is no suspicion of a crime having been committed. Cut it out! This just is not happening, name me one member who got popped from any of these avenues, just one!

These crimes are Misdemeanors, any Metro police force is far to busy chasing Felonies to worry about your cellphone or texts or e-mails, they don't have the resources to chase this crap, all this stuff is going on in your head.
