SecureSpend Card Failure!
[I]since I have been an advocate here about the OneVanilla and SecureSpend Cards, it's only right to add this update.[/I]
Tried to use a SecureSpend Card with SA recently and it Failed! I had checked the balance on line ad waited 24-hrs and no go. Site would not process the card. Tried over several days and again, no go.
So I sent a note to CS asking why this card, which worked in thepast wasn't working now. Got a reply a few days later, with an appology and a number to call, said the agent could use a different CC processor to accept the payment. So they did offer a solution.
Have not called and tried yet, I'm half on the fence, might not renew. But IF I do try I'll report back on the success or failure.
Any experience with any of these?
