Boycotts don't work. Most guys who really want it will pay for it, because the little head supercedes. Either way it cuts into the provider's income unless she can make up for it with new customers. What they get out of it is less work if that's what they want. I don't think that's what they're looking for based on the movement from booker to booker and city to city. If someone takes a noon half hour the next customer will probably at 1 and they lose a hallf hour's worth of income.
