You need a new email, but those are free too. Lots of people use ProtonMail.

The new profile can view all profiles even though it is free. You have to pay to message of course.

As I know emails are "free" it is that I prefer some simplicity and not managing multiple emails. So if anyone has an answer to the original question I appreciate the input!
