When I reached out to Bree, K was impersonating her which was suspect. But I say this to all, I'd stay away from Virginia Avenue. The area has undergone changes with the rebuilding but it's still secluded with not enough traffic for my liking which is actually the opposite of what you'd normally want. Perfect area for a setup because its so dark and secluded.
