Magic city is a upscale club in the hood for ballers to show off their money. You cannot touch the girls and they will not sit in your lap.

These days I use clubs primarily to scout OTC opportunities as opposed to VIP in club, but when I go during the day I've been regularly propositioned FS VIP for 125 total (100 her, 25 house). That seems to be the going rate. Again, YMMV and some gals will ask for higher but that seems to be what many of the better lookers ask for. That rate has been confirmed reported on by several others within the last six months. Really good bang for your buck at this place during the day.
