I hate the city and try to avoid driving anywhere near Philly but lets say I want to meet a girl at one of those hotels around City Hall. Trying to find a good spot to park is a gamble. Most lots downtown guard their spots for their customers and believe me those tow squads are hungry (don't ask me how I know). Best to park in some suburban station and just take the train or el. Fairly cheap without the worry. TT.
