Does anyone have any recent experience with Aubrey? Lots of reviews on the other site that intrigued me, so a couple weeks ago I scheduled an appointment. All seemed to be going fine, but when I arrived where I was told to go, I told her I was there, but never heard back from her. Later, she apologized and said that she broke her phone and was at the store all afternoon trying to get it replaced. I'm skeptical of that excuse, but I'm not a quitter. Tried again today. Same smooth scheduling. I even texted a few hours prior and she confirmed that we're good to go. Again, arrived on time and texted of my arrival. 20 minutes later (or so), she says that she texted me 50 minutes prior to the appointment to confirm, but didn't hear back. I never got a text, and am wondering why she needed to confirm anyway. We had just confirmed earlier! Apparently, I was being stood up again. Not sure where I went wrong on this one, as it seemed to have lots of potential and I was willing to be a repeat customer based on the reviews.
Anyone have any insight?
