I am researching my own trip to LV next month and I've spent a ton of time on this board and it has been great. However, TER is invaluable and worth the money you have to spend. It will help you find a Latina provider that won't try to screw you over.

You probably have already figured this out by now, but CL / BP / Mojo providers are riskier. Lots of what are typically called "agency" scams where they send the girl to your place and collect the 200 or whatever and then tell you that's just the appearance fee. From there the cost goes up, up, up! You avoid that by researching this board and using the tips given here or going only with known providers.

The other "agencies" are places like LVQC or hobbyshop. Those appear to be legit where the price they quote is the price you pay. If there are Latina places similar to these, I don't know about them but if they exist you'll find them.
