About 10 days later, I arranged for her to come over and paid her to clean my condo. She was almost done with the bondsman showed up to take her in. She pleaded and pleaded and promised to stay at my place. Like a fool, I gave her another chance. Her promise was, literally, like a *****'s kiss: meant nothing. Send the bondsman on his way. I told her she was going to be picked up again. No debating. Though I contacted the bondsman after the weekend, it didn't matter: she got arrested with three major felonies, including one that has a minimum of three years prison time.
