I saw a car stopped on the side street facing Pig, Two BSW was standing one leaning towards a parked car. LE was passing by then it did a you-turn, the car took off, LE stopped the girls. I was coming back in an half hour, they were still there, Two Cops writing something, about 20 feet apart of each other. I'm thinking they are getting cited or arrested for loitering.
