I've tried 98 Apple 3rd floor twice, two different years and different providers, total house fee and tip was consistently $145 (pro-tip, bring exact money, if you have 8 twenties, you won't get change, it's assumed to be a tip).

Any more you want to tip is on you but with 80 all in you get FS. Definitely worth a try at least once since it's so cheap imo (40+40).
