Went to a hotel where they are usually located on a higher floor and towards the end in a more private setting (not near the stairs or elevator). This time, it was on the first floor, not too far from the lobby. Hmmm. Walk in and notice that there was an adjoining door to the next room. Not cool (and usually ready for the blitz). Then she was adamant on wanting me to tell her what I wanted and wanted me to state a price (I kept on mentioning that I wanted "candy canes" as her holiday add mentioned). I then said. "nahh, thanks anyway" and left. Drove around the perimeter and saw a few potential LE vehicles with a guy out there lingering and smoking.

Stay alert, mongers.[/QUOTE]Glad that worked out for you. Cops do what they call "the ride". Even if you get off the charges you still get the arrest record and hassles that go along with it. I was mistakenly arrested for burglery back in 1995 and have been questioned about it since then, even though it was a complete mistake.

I believe they don't have to mention the price for them to book you, either saying it is implied or they just say you did it, then it is their words vs yours. Guess who comes up on top? Don't forget they have statistics to meet, publicity to support more police officers etc. Don't forget it will get worst before election time.

All of these are great if you have a real problem and need therapy.

This may sound like a stupid question to most, but is Swinging or Swingers club legal? If so, what's the difference in Escorting and Swinging? Once again excuse my ignorance on this subject, but if anyone can enlighten me please do so! Thank you.

You don't have to P2P when you swing. Sex between consenting adults is legal.

Somantics my friend, they advertised sex for sale then it would be prostiitution. Once in the club there is sex, but there is no money involved.

Even if you can win at the end, the legal fees, reputation and the time it will take will close any clubs. Look at Pink Pony South, when it opened first, there were many police cars waiting outside to catch DUI offenders. Please note that they can arrest you even if you are under. 08. All they have to say is that you exhibit DUI behaviour. This is sad because PPS was one of the best furnished club in Atlanta. Their only mistake was to locate in a dysfunctional Clayton county. I only drank one beer in PPS, but I didn't go there after the first night because I did not want the hassle of dealing with LE.
