Slim on time and without a lot of options I tried a place I've driven by a million times but never tried, located in brea between harbor and imperial highway on brea ave. I'll pass that one on to anyone interested via PM's. But one additional good thing is that when I was there at F&C (the actual one) I saw the sign for VT, closed though it is.

Also, yes, the name of the restaurant is no longer "H. Salt," but now "Alaskan Fish and Chips. ".
