In your first link I went to the shop to the right of Seattle Body Massage. It doesn't have a name on the door or banner so I never know what to call it. Well one night just passing through not really planning on going in just window shopping. I walked past the door and standing there was this Asian lady in her mid to late 40's maybe early 50's. I think I confused a number of folks as I received PMs from mongers looking for "Free Extras" at the place mentioned.

Everything comes with a price and at some places, such as the legit parlor on Jackson that I mentioned, extras aren't available at any price. That is why I called the place "legit" when I referenced the shop. "Extras free" vs "free extras" is confusing, I now realize.
The place I am talking about is a great place to get a massage without wondering if something good will come towards the end. There actually is no flip and you have your pants on the whole time! You are also in a line of tables out in the open.
BUT, the nice lady will massage you for an hour for $30, which is a screaming good deal.

The robber (the post didn't specify if there was more than one) took wallets and cellphones from staff and patrons. Ever since all the Kent shoppes were closed, it's been difficult to find the combo of a decent therapeutic massage with a basic HE. Before she had a chance to say anything, here came "Yo Yo" literally bouncing down the hallway. She's 20's, thin, hair up in pig tails, wearing parachute pants, a sports bra, and a loose tank top that was knotted at the bottom showing off her flat tummy. Because I actually needed a massage, I paid the $70 1 hr house fee. I hate that rate, because it means you have to get back into your pockets to tip later if you're a standard +$40 tipper. There was nobody else there when I got there and nobody else came in the whole time) she insisted on helping me get dressed, including putting my socks on. I left a $50 tip on the stand and she literally jumped up on me and wrapped her legs around me (she's LIGHT) and started bouncing and making happy noises. I told her I thought her body was hot, and she lamented that she wished she had bigger boobs. I said they're perfect. She asked if I really thought so, and then pulled down her sports bra to expose them so I could get a better look. Then she gave me a peck on the lips.
After I was dressed completely and declined the water bottle, we walked out into the hallway and she jumped on my back. So I jogged down the hallway toward the mamasan as Yoyo giggled loudly. We arrived at the mamasan, who never said a word or changed her expression. LOL. I let Yo Yo down, she reminded me to text her ("Yes, yes, I PROMISE!) and then out the door I went. So if I want a totally relaxing massage, I'll still go to Renton Spa. But if I want a good massage and a FUN hour with HE, I'll be visiting Yo Yo.

I've been there once, although a few months ago. Nothing spectacular, and nowhere near as good as what you experienced, AussieFury. Standard hourly rate of $60, got a somewhat decent HJ, and tipped the gal $40. But again, not that memorable.

Previous reports indicated no extras were available. But my experience was different.
Arrived at 3:10 PM, and initially was greeted by a cute gal (no one else was there). Another woman appeared, and she was supposed to service me (she was taller and not that good looking). I said I wanted the first gal (named Nina), and she said fine. Paid the normal $60 for the hour visit.
Got into the room, undressed, and laid face down on the table. Nina came in, and is friendly. I told her I wanted the massage to be soft and light, and no lotion, no oil (my usual). She covered me with a towel, and started with the massage. Towel came half way down, but no touching of junior and his "area" (nor my butt) at all. Unfortunately, after about 5 minutes into the visit, someone came to the place. Sounded like a man, and Nina went to greet him. Took a while for her to come back, and I got really pissed. I told her I was not happy, that I am the customer there at that time, and service is required. I also said there are 2 gals there. She apologized a few times, and continued on with the massage. She did say she would make up the time, Eventually, except for covering junior's area, the towel was mostly off. But still nothing very sensual. Massage, though, was soft and nice.
On the flip, again the towel covered my lower half. But I eventually pushed it all the way off, and Nina said nothing. She did brush the sides of my balls, though. Eventually, I guided her hand to junior. She initially "resisted" (not much), but eventually did the HJ.
