I'm an advocate of the police state because I think laws should be enforced? The penalty for DUI and DWI would have been just fine in Mr. Brooks case, seeing as how he was a convicted felon. That's why he resisted arrest, and why he's dead.
That's the problem, no accountability for your own actions, it's always someone else's fault. He's dead because he was an idiot, starting with being so drunk and falling asleep at the wheel that the Wendy's cashier called the cops on him. I'm sure the cashier was an ignorant southern white man... - no wait, she was black, wasn't she? I noticed you never did answer the questions on your racebaiting on the other thread.
Makes me wonder what Natalie White's defense will be when she goes to trial and is asked why she torched the Wendy's. "Listen judge, you must be stupid or something. It's common sense why I torched the place. If it hadn't been there, none of this shit would've happened, so I did my civic duty and got rid of it."
Wait for it. Georgia is the election fraud cesspool of cesspools.
Once again Aaron the state of Georgia already did a recount. THREE times, one of which was by hand. The state which had been red since the 1980's and the republicans in the state did not want Trump to lose, don't you think if there was ANY fraud they would have found it by now? LOL
What a dissembling, inept bullshit artist you are. "good" ole slow mo Joe seems to really want to crack down on innercity crime by any means necessary. I'm not sure sending in the army / national guard is such a good idea though.
I also disagree with this administrations take on gun control. I don't believe guns are bad. I think Individuals are bad and use guns to precipitate crime and violence.
We can't take guns from the ha ds of good people!
If everyone owned a gun, then gun toting criminals would be less of a threat!!
Does anyone agree with these sentiments? I know you guys think I'm soooo dumb and ignorant.

INDEPENDENT Observer Carter Jones: Fulton countys elections messy, NOT fraudulent.
In a statement Wednesday, Republican Secretary of State, Raffensperger noted Jones findings of continued problems and said it was important to have him there as eyes and ears on the ground.
Independent Observer Carter Jones said the Fulton Countys election operations were characterized by systemic poor management and there were also chain of custody problems and ballot bags that often werent sealed.
While he realizes many of those problems contribute to some peoples doubts about the security of the election, he said the fact that he was there and neurotically took notes during the many hours he spent observing should provide some comfort.
He also noted that while the process was messy, the county managed to get it right in the end.
They got it over the goal line. They made their numbers add up, he said. Yes, the vehicle was held together by duct tape and chewing gum, but it got over the goal line.
Fulton County officials have consistently defended their handling of the election.
The votes have been counted multiple times, including a hand recount, and no evidence of fraud has been found, County Board of Commissioners Chairman Robb Pitts said last month. The fact remains that Fulton County safely and securely carried out an election in the midst of a public health crisis.
There's more......
When Carter Jones arrived at the Fulton County elections warehouse just after 8 p.m. the night before the election, Jones wrote, he encountered a chaotic scene. County elections director Rick Barron was resetting some machines used to check in voters, some sensitive equipment was left outside on the loading dock Thankfully the seals were intact, Jones noted and Jones himself jumped in to help organize a pile of equipment bags.
On Election Day, scanners were jamming and other equipment sometimes went down, ballots werent always transferred as securely as they should have been, and bottlenecks at certain points meant some workers were waiting around with nothing to do only to have an overwhelming deluge of work arrive later, Jones wrote.
As the week wore on and with intense pressure to get all the ballots counted, Jones wrote that election workers were tired and making mistakes, which led to some work needing to be redone. Miscommunication sometimes led to confusion and Jones also had some concerns about the ways that ballots were transferred and stored.
He recognized that some of the sloppiness likely contributed to misconceptions and suspicions of fraud.
For example, he wrote that a batch of provisional ballots that had been verified at another location was wheeled in through the back door at one point on the Thursday after the election.
Party poll watchers very interested in these ballots that just came in through the back door. The GOP poll watchers are feverishly typing on their phones now, he wrote, adding that county officials took his suggestion to hold a news conference to explain so they wouldnt have a media mess on their hands.
Jones described several unpleasant interactions with party poll watchers, including one who called him a traitor and others who complained about their level of access.
He also mentioned rumors, including persistent talk about suitcases filled with ballots that stemmed from a widely circulated video from State Farm Arena, where ballots were being tallied. Those are standard ballot bins used all over the state, he said: So theyre not mysteries, theyre not suitcases, theyre ballots.
Of that and other allegations he says were easily debunked, Jones said: At a certain point, its people willing to believe the worst in other people to justify a narrative that they have themselves.

Bunch of copy and paste about nothing I posted. The debacle in NY shows the need for full forensic audits throughout the country. You get paid for this or are you just a dumb ass?
Who hired the 'independent observer?' The man charged w / running the elections, the Sec of State. You're not surprised his report conveyed confidence in the man who hired him and paid him 6 figures for his 'independent report'?
Those aren't 'rumors' about the State Farm ballots. Suitcases or ballot bins, who gives a fuck. It's on video. Fulton county election officials told poll watchers they were going to stop counting for the night. After the poll watchers left, workers pulled thousands of ballots out from under draped tables and not only counted them, but counted some stacks multiple times. Ga law is you can't count votes w / o poll watchers present. Then Fulton county officials claimed a water main burst at State Farm Arena and delayed poll watchers from entering the building that next morning. But there never was a water main break, no water found anywhere. Why would they lie about stop counting ballots and a water main break?

Bird-brain, did you copy and paste this drivel from a memo sent to you from the Q'Anon HQ's?
The discrepancy in the NewYork Mayoral vote tallies can be explained by the actions of NY election officials, who while preparing for the election, ran tests to make sure that they had worked out the kinks. And after, they simply forgot to zero out the data. So, all the "results" from the test runs were still in the system, and were added to the tallies released yesterday. So, to put it to you in language only an IDIOT would understand, there was ZERO ballot malfeasance in the New-York Mayoral race.
On that frivolous lawsuit filed against the Fulton County board of elections.
Superior Court Judge Brian Amero on Thursday dismissed SEVEN of the lawsuit's NINE claims against Fulton County officials.
Judge Amero said the plaintiffs "have FAILED to meet their burden to show an applicable waiver of sovereign immunity such that their constitutional claims may proceed against these governmental actors in the petition's current form."
It will be interesting to see how the two claims he allowed that seek to have the mail-in ballots forensically audited will be carried out, since the right to a secret ballot means that after a voter's eligibility is confirmed either in person or with signatures and identification for mail in ballots, officials can no longer tie a ballot back to a specific person.
IMHO, there is a much greater likelihood that trump will end up being criminally charged at some point in the future for tax fraud than you dimwits have of EVER finding voter fraud in Fulton County.

1. Even if the audit proceeds, it will NOT lead to Georgia's election results -- which have already been certified for President Joe Biden -- being overturned.
2. The main reason these ludicrous audits / allegations of voter fraud in Arizona and Georgia are being pushed by you Q'Anon numbskulls is because stumpy thinks it will lay the ground work for him to be reinstated as POTUS in August.
