You find a girl that is willing to fuck in your car, pick her up, find a spot that is realtively private with minimum foot traffic. Corners of parking lots. And do your thing. Problem now is there are a lot of people home with nothing to do so parking lots are not as empty as usual. Night time is best for a car date and best with tinted windows. Personally car dates are fun once in a while but I'm not as flexible as I once was. Bottom line you have to work it a bit. Grind through all the scams and BS that pleagues every site to find the few golden nuggets. They are out there. But you have to put the work in.
