If a provuide rlist in their ad. Do not accept block calls, I always bypass them because it let me know a few things.
They are dumb witted. Anybody can forge a number, throw away phone, spoof number, google voice etc.
So why does blocking or unblocking even matters.

Not much of a downside that I can see.
Plus I don't have to keep plugging money into it prepaid.
