I kept seeing this thread and the great encounters people were posting, so I had to check it out. It is a different layout than other similar sites, and if it wasn't for this thread, I probably would have not known about it or just skipped HX completely- it's def different. But wow there is a lot of great talent and the vibe is pretty laid back, too.
