As for the arrest record, I wouldn't call her dangerous per se. She's a low-level repeat offender, likely the result of her addiction and association with other degenerate low-level criminals. Regardless of actual threat level, she's bad news. Plenty of other providers to choose from, no need to get tangled up with "Celeste". Stay safe and happy hunting!
