Thats easily one of the worst neighborhoods in BPT, in the last year alone there's been countless shootings / shootouts right at the intersection of Vine and Park Avenue. That area has all types of characters lurking around day and night. Not a good area at all.
Saw some posts here and found the address on stg. It's a home not a store front. Area as others said sucks but I might try. Seems a bit more difficult to just walk out of if not happy with the talent but I'll take one for the team soon enough and report back. I doubt this will last Ling given the close proximity to every other house on that street.
