Perhaps the bad economy is having a ripple effect on providers.

In the Heyday of the Lawrenceburg (IN) AMPs I would always figure on $$ and have that amount (and no more) on me. Same with Miko's in Springfield. But recently, I've had a couple of experiences where it is $ plus the house fee, and house fee is only. 4 or. 5 so my total is well under $$.
