I have been to this place-- 2 rooms. One faces the street. One in the far back. An inter-room which looks like a place the staff might be living. No table shower. No safe parking (across the street is very sketchy). There are spots on the one-way adjacent to the building.

The place is no bargain that's for sure. There's a medical building right next to it with plenty of parking besides that apt building across the street. The whole area has a lot of medical or professional type office space. I did a drive around and I didn't find it unsafe. The R &T scene around here from what I've experienced is pretty lame. This place is better in some areas and worse in others. The new girl has been reviewed on another site a few times (one time by a trusted member) pretty, but she's not cheap.
