Great girl, just went to see her
Hey guys, big thank you for the Fabiana recommendation. I spend most of my time in Nova so I posted about her there because I don't have much to add to your reports here but I did find out she's staying until Friday. Here's a link to the full review: http://www.usasexguide.nl/forum/showthread.php?3960-Escort-Reports&p=4527634&viewfull=1#post4527634.
Sadly this is her last day at that location, and she will be going to laurel for 5 days and then heading back home.
Montgomery County has enough problems as it is
Yes it is. He coulda gotten away with it too if it wasn't for an overzealous and overfunded mocopd. We knew it wouldn't last. I hadn't seen ads since before summer though. They were not even being careful. Surprised they lasted as long as they did. Got to go next door where the cops don't seem to give a damn.
It's too bad Uncle LEO in Montgomery focuses on busting mongers and providers rather than going after actual criminals, of which there are plenty. I hope a judge throws the book at the cops for going overboard on the charges or, better yet, strikes down the stupid laws banning consenting adults activity simply because an exchange of money is involved.
Fortunately I never visited the Rockville location, nor did I encounter Uncle LEO when I visited Sophia in Silver Spring about two and a half years ago. Nor did I encounter our least favorite uncle when I visited an ACS apartment in Wheaton not long before. Montgomery County remains as hostile to mongering as it has been since the original crackdown began in the early 2000's.
No it's not. Don't plead the fizith
Rusty hit the nail on the head on all counts.
I would add to this by saying that if you are asked why you don't want to answer any questions, or if they say not answering looks bad you can reply with something like "Well you seem to be looking for something and I don't want to say anything that could be misconstrued so I would like to invoke my 5th amendment right to protect myself against self incrimination. ".
That's basically what the amendment is for after all.
The 5th has no practical applications outside of criminal court or congressional hearings. Pleading the 5th is saying that if you answered truthfully you would likely implicate yourself in a crime. Just stfu like the other poster said. Pleading the fifth will just piss off the cop who can still arrest you provided he has other evidence you just paid for a BJ. Just tell them you don't want to talk to them. They can't hold you without evidence of a crime.
5th amendment VS "pleading the fifth"
Yeah if someone says "I plead the fifth" then they will probably piss off a cop because they sound like a tool whereas if they use their rights in an intelligent way and sound like they know what they are talking about then officers are less likely to pursue them because they know they will be wasting their time.
But that's just advice from a criminal defense attorney, not me. Take it or leave it.
