Years ago I used to find some of my best times around Front and Girard area. Though over the years it seemed this area dried up a bit. Went out last night and LE presence was extremely heavy, even had a helicopter always looming in the air as well. Saw a few takes, but never the oportunity to pick anyone up. Well glad I'm not the only one that had a bad experience with her. Wish I got this one out sooner, but totally forgot. Hada similar experience with her, but as soon as she pulled out the condom, I looked at her and asked what that was for and when she said thats the only way she does it, I told her I wanted my money and to get out of the car. I wonder about the parking situation.[/QUOTE]Unless there is a function at the nearby church, there is almost always a spot available in front of the hotel (Poplar St.) or across from the hotel (Carlisle St.).* Many times there will be people near the entrance, often female, or female-looking ;) (it's a tranny area) who will ask if they can look after your car. I ignore them, and have never had the car messed with.

But then this is the inner city. If that makes you nervous, I'd suggest the Patio. The Liberty (Germantown Ave above Allegheny) is fine, but also has people hanging about. There are motels across the Betsy Ross Bridge. You can also search for here for reviews (mixed) about Days Inn on the Boulevard.
