One I know they are not LE and second all of them have their real names on cash app so that allows me to look them up on Facebook or other social media. While I know sending $5 for pics as proof IS a way to do things, it seems to me to set a new bar that many girls will expect. But with cash app I was able to put a fake name in so they don't get my real information. Sometimes I will only send them 2. 50 till I get the pictures and then I will send the other 2. 50 LOL but I agree they all should be sending out a nude picture to make the person feel safe that they are not LE. It is not illegal for LE to use or send a nude picture. It is illegal for pornograpic content.
2. Must be of legal age and consent to using picture for the intended purpose. Now the prosecutor in the area may or may not approve and that is another issue. Hell, the girl can be legit and now working with them. So your logic may amke you feel comfortable, but that is it.
3. If you show up at a location, not go inside or follow through, in some areas they still can bring charges, if they don't stick you still have the hassle as well as paper on you.

Might be she is a scammer. Maybe she ripped the dude off: did a cash & dash. Maybe her BF attacked the monger. Perhaps she is a CI for LE. Perhaps she is dealing and always has something on her. Maybe she was so strung out on drugs she passed out. Maybe she tried to upsell the monger after the job was done? Maybe she got upset and kicking in the side of the dudes car. Perhaps a girl has another issue?
But if you flat out ignore the fact that some other dude has placed a girl on his "No Fly List," then you are lining yourself up for trouble. Oh sure, there are times when personalities clash, or a dude is jealous or someone tries to keep a girl to himself. But those are rare. SO, if you think that, then you should PM the poster and ask why he placed a girl on the NFL.

Seriously, someone that can change locations in ten minutes or disappear for ten days.
Then collect legit information of girls, while possibly providing a ghost location.
RR's that's occasional. But those that do are persistant, sometime rerentless and ask too many details.
