You want to play the role of a "protector" out of the goodness of your heart? Don't get involved. Not plausible that the Chinese places at CC are not organized or organized to an extent to take care of this on their own. If they are not then they should be. He's been on the premises (elevators, lobby and probably the parking decks; the ticket pushbutton pedestal has a camera right in your face as well) at least 4 times. I wonder if they could assist the businesses with picking him out on video, and perhaps distributing the info / snapshot so that other businesses / girls in and out of CC can deny service.

Some places have goons outside, like VIP and Ginza. He can still try to bail without paying, as I have been told by providers that some guys have done that before on Ward. A repeat offender will put himself at risk. Even places that have no goons working outside can call on people to enforce sanctions. They have videos. If they know who you are they can find you. What it is is that when you come to a relaxation parlor for full service, it costs. 5 at the door and $.5 for full service, totaling $$.
Everyone knows this.
Now, when this punk Chinese speaking guy comes in and gets asked to pay the house fee, he says no, that he will pay the house fee together with the full service fee after service is completed. Mama unfortunately agrees to this. All the while he knows that he has absolutely ZERO intention of paying shit, as evident from what happened next.
So now he gets serviced, and it's time to pay. Apparently, he must have told the girl to take a shower if she wants, and when she comes out, he will pay her the entire $$. While she is in the shower, he sneaks out without paying. Now there are many things wrong with what he did, and I've been told he has done this four times at least.
His actions may affect us in many ways, such as:
1. The girls won't trust us paying mongers, and will ask for everything upfront. I don't know about you, but for me that kind of kills the mood.
2. The girls attitude will probably be more jaded, they will always be worried whether this guy's going to pay or not, and their performance will suffer as a result. In other words, we the paying customers, will suffer.
3. Let's not forget, that if this type of "leave and no pay" trend gets more wide spread, prices may go up as a result of the lost revenue. Who do you think the owner will pass those losses on to?
4. Fair is fair, if I had to pay $$ to fuck this girl, and he fucked her then ran away, that pisses me off personally. I don't give a fuck about chivalry or anything and am expecting nothing in return, but, can't we just at least assist in pointing this guy out?
5. Another thing is that if the really good providers had this happen to them too often, worse case scenario is that they would leave the business or leave earlier then they would have originally. Imagine if all of your ATF's were to dig out because they were so tired of being literally fucked then ripped off all the time. We would all lose!
So who does this Chinese speaking fucker think he is anyways? I think this guy is asking for it, and somebody should give it to him, be it one of us or someone in the Chinese CC organization. Mahalo.
