Anyone looking for this spot should know that finding the location is a coin flip if you're in the right area. Opted for covered services, provider was probably early-mid 30's and only allowed vanilla stuff. Not much to complain about otherwise.

That tipping amount is for FS fun at non FS spas. Generally, my OTD rate is 160 and that's for an hour HF and tip to the lady, 200 OTD if it's a mind blowing session. People are paying 200 plus for 30 minutes at FS spas.

Yeah if it's massage, light / mutual touch, HE then my tip is 60.80-100 with my regulars includes mutual play, my masseuse in her bday suit and up to FS.

A provider that is out of shape and doesn't care about her appearance and denies basic services rushing the client shouldn't get the same tip as the provider that works out keeping her body tight, performs a great GFE and gives other special services above the basic service. In other words, tip according to the quality of service you receive.

Get unless you have been there before.

I texted Flanders tonight to see if the other girl (Amy) working with Ivy had good service like Ivy and the texter was honest and flat out said no (appreciated the honesty). The texter recommend I go see Chloe over at Super Spa on Ronson if I wanted a good time. I'm guessing Flanders and Super are under the same ownership. I've been to Super Ronson a couple times and had very subpar experiences and one time one of the worst, but decided to give it another chance. Long story short Chloe was pretty good. Thin, mid 30's and very intimate with decent English. I really liked the wet DFK. Just the way I like it lmao. Hey fellas took a bit of a break over the holidays but have been back it and thought I'd share a few experiences from the past month:

Venice Spa.

Nice location near el cajon but tucked away just enough that it feels pretty private. Not a strip mall either, little walkup into what almost feels like small apartments. Parking was easy right down the street. Might repeat since service was good and she was nice, would prob go for hh. FS is on the table for sure.

With all the hype and being a fan of nonFS places I couldn't resist. Called last Sunday and asked who was available, Jenny was the name I recognized so asked for her and headed over. Decently discreet location even though it is in a strip mall. Place was small with locked buzzer door you'd see at a FS spot. Paid house fee and headed into a room with a very low to the ground massage table, more of the bed type you'd find elsewhere which I thought was interesting. Jenny's looks lived up to the hype, very very cute, prob mid 20's and tall with a nice face. She was pleasant, on the flip we had fun, she got in her bday suit and the view was pretty great. Good experience overall for sure, just a little overpriced for me. Interested to try their other talent though.
