I believe 50-70% of civies have been exposed at one time or another so go ahead and figure providers would be much higher based on how many they service each day and week. Condoms unfortunately offer only partial protection as it can be skin to skin contact for transmission (herpes too). I should have realized that this one was high on something when I spoke to her. She seem scattered in her conversation but thought her pic were nice so I took the plunge.
