I think a firefighter got arrested and that helped make big news of their operations and killed any more attempts of arrests.

Police don't do their 'job' anymore they are all about money and over time pay. They seek and get special funding or grants for target enforcement. There is no funding for fighting violent crimes like murder and vandalism, only sex trade. [rant off]
