First time visit for me. There was only one lady working today. She is from Southern Calif and has been working up here for 3 days since opening. She is attractive with nice hair and petite body. She was all dressed in black top and pants for my time today. She gives a thorough and effective massage, finding all the places that need it except for the man muscle. The place was neat and clean. I was temperature checked and we both wore masks.

No showers available either.
Had a similar experience when I went. Very flirty, at one point after the flip she mumbled something, laughed it off, and wouldn't tell me what she said. Great massage and conversations though. Shop is very nice too.

If she left you waiting that long, maybe the shop was too busy for her to play with you without giving away the game?

The Hong Kong lady was full-bodied without being fat, 30's is my guess (I can't tell the age difference with them), no name was given. It's the place by the HS on Hillsdale.

Personally my time limit wait is 10 minutes and I'm done waiting I will get up get dressed and leave.
We as customers keep these places up and rolling if we kept them waiting 30 minutes for a appointment they would not be happy all this rolls both directions.
Went to Sunny off 99 and was given good massage and left happy. Hand roaming up top only.
Every place else in 99 I've tried without positive results.

You can also take the hall way from 99 and get a little extra too, very near 99.

Waited in the lobby for a while, even after ringing the bell and having the door chimes go off. When I finally was led to a room, waited another 10 minutes while the dude in the room next to me moaned like he was in a porno. Finally got my time, wasted no time getting to the goods (because I was already flipped over and waiting), and honestly had one of the best HEs in a while (with UTC). I could see now why the guy was so loud, but he's still got to learn some self-control.
She continued afterwards with no-oil massage, which actually felt nice too. Made conversation, and she mentioned they've been getting slammed since they opened. (And from what I could tell, 5 guys went through the shop by the time I left.).
I was nearly up again at the end, and she was ready to go for round two, but the she really milked me too hard the first time. Nothing else was on the menu, but there were 2 girls, maybe other one is more open. Also, nobody had a mask on, girls or guys I saw.
Also stopped by Spring off 99 W the other day. Lots of teasing, terrible English, great time, wore masks. Watch out though, they have plastic or something around the face rest that makes it harder to breathe with a mask on.

I was in one of the tiny rooms, separated by a paper thin wall from the next tiny room. I picked the slightly younger looking of the two women sitting in the front room. Still, I would say 40's (could be 50's).
15 minutes into the massage and after some exploration on my part. Of her tights and what lay beneath. She tapped me on shoulder. We went thru the universal language of negotiation and I found myself deep inside her in 5 minutes. The little head clouded my judgement and we were doing it raw.
Two minutes into it and I heard this rather loud rhythmic slapping sound from the next room. It was probably the other monger doing it DS. That sound lasted 10 minutes. My ego kicked in and I HAD to last longer. It kinda spoiled my experience but it was still a good time. All for a tip of less than a Benjamin.
No more. Damn virus. No fun these days.
From what I have seen of the level of hygiene that some of these places used to provide pre-COVID -- both on the table with the re-used sheets as well as the sometimes filthy 'hot towels' -- it does not make sense to me to start visiting yet. We shall see how it goes.

The Cosy I'm aware of is the one near Fred Myer on Beaverton Hillsdale and 217. It appears shut down to me. There's paper taped up over the windows and no signs saying they're temporarily closed. Calling their phone number takes you immediately to voice mail. I discovered this place not too long before the virus and it became my favorite spot of a good massage at a good price. I'll be sad if it is gone.
Since AMP's have opened back up they are really busy and in my experience they are not motivated to give good massages.
ZFM in Beaverton charged for hour and only got 35 minutes. Called back and mentioned it to her and reply was need more tipping.
Sunny in Tigard, was so busy she wanted extra tip because she was tired. Why now is $40 tip for HE considered low?
