OK, hypothetical question time. I'm not going to openly name names here, but I am very curious how some of you might have handled this situation.
1. Had attempted to connect with a new lady twice over the last two weeks. Text only. Both attempts led to my politely deciding to try again another time. Schedules did not match up the way I had hoped. (No outcall. Which I prefer.).
2. First text volley and second were very different conversations. It was immediately obvious to me that I wasn't chatting with the same person. Many, many cues in spelling, grammar, politeness, etc. Not enough to be a red flag, but enough to make me curious.
3. Third conversation was by phone. Spoke with a VERY polite and accommodating lady. Seriously, she could not have been any more welcoming. She was absolutely able to offer me the time and rate which I had hoped for, and so I agreed to meet without hesitation.
4. Upon arriving at the incall location, I met the lady in the photos. What was curious is that she was clearly not the same person on the phone. Not a huge deal, though, as it's not like I've never had this happen before.
5. During idle conversation with the lady, she inquired a little bit about my professional background. Not wanting to divulge too much info, I was very general with my responses but enough to show that I wasn't just making up a fish story. However, the lady proceeded to ask me something to the effect of "Oh, so is _ the name of your company?" And I said "Um, what? I don't know that name. " (Which was completely true.) The lady then said "Oh, I was told that _ was who you work for. " And now I was really curious how she came by this information. I asked, and she didn't hesitate to tell me that her "coordinator" got the information. Well, now I was really curious since I had guessed that this lady might have had someone scheduling her appointments. I asked how her "coordinator" came by her information since it was inaccurate, and the lady said "Oh, I'll call her right now and find out. " (Very interesting.) Sure enough, she did just that and put the "coordinator" on speakerphone. The "coordinator" was completely wrong about my personal information, but she acted like it was spot-on. The lady thanked her for the heads up, and hung up. I asked her a bit more about this person, and was told that she wasn't even in the same state. All she does is handle the phone calls and schedule the appointments, and she gets a cut for doing this. The cut was exceptionally high, if you ask me.
6. All of this having been done, we proceeded to have a truly exceptional appointment. Probably a 9 on a scale of 10. And then things went a bit sideways when it was time to go. I handed over the donation, and the lady proceeded to count it right in front of me. She then said "you're about $_ short. " And I almost freaked, because I looked at my watch and saw that we had gone WAY over time. There was no clock anywhere, so I genuinely had no idea. I explained to the lady that this was absolutely everything which I had on me, as I had learned many years ago to not even bring my wallet in with me when I go to an incall. She was NOT happy about this, and insisted that I come up with the rest to cover the additional time. She suggested that we go to the bank right now and that she would come with me. And here's where I wasn't sure what to do at all.
7. Honestly, I did have a GREAT time. I mean, one for the books. I didn't feel like shorting this lady, but I also told her that if I had actually known that we were so far over time, I'd have knocked it off a long time ago. She was fairly insistent that I make this right, but didn't go so far as to threaten. Let's be clear, there was no threatening. And also to be clear, I was armed. I wasn't worried about getting out, but something in the back of my head made me a little worried about this "coordinator. " Although her info was completely off base (for which I am quite glad), I still don't know how exactly she came by it. I also did not know what would happen to this lady if she were to report in to the "coordinator" that I had stayed for a lot longer than I had originally arranged. I always try to be as ghost-like as possible, but I couldn't predict the outcome of this scenario since I've never been in it before. Any time this has previously happened, the ladies have always just chalked it up to time flying when you're having fun.
8. I actually did take her to her bank, and I gave her enough that she was happy. I don't feel badly about this, as I still feel like I came out ahead for what I got. I know that most of you will probably think that this was a very poor decision, but I still had a nagging doubt about what might happen if this lady felt like she wasn't done right by the end of our meeting. She told me quite a bit more about this "coordinator," and I was rather surprised that someone would agree to go along so blindly with someone whom they claim to have never met face-to-face.
So. How would you have handled this situation? I know I probably should have just attempted to get out, but I guess I didn't want to run the risk of something coming back to blow up in my face. I'm not sure how, mind you, but I did have a doubt.
If you used your real cell phone number there are plenty of sites that can show your personal info. I have had the safe money situation and I never take them along but come back with what is needed if that is the fair resolution.

I've been using Google Voice for as long as I can remember first getting into the closed invitation.

In a case like you had, I could have invited her to the car or she could wait by the hotel entrance and watched me go to the car for the funds. I would later replenish my emergency fund. That fund is never questioned by anyone as it's for emergencies, right? I would not be comfortable taking someone in my car to an ATM.

I always try to pay early in the session. From what you described it might have helped your situation in that the SP should have told you that the meter had expired and more coins were needed.
If it is a repeat session with a SP I try to pay right away. If it is a first time I do it as soon as we have had some type of LE check.
Unless the SP specifically instructs me to pay in a envelope, I like to pay in big bills so I can lay the money down and fanned out just enough so she can see the total without having to handle the bills and count them. Here's why. A few years ago I was with an ATF and had left the donation in a pile on the counter as usual. We had a terrific time. After we said our goodbyes, I started walking to the door. I happened to look back and saw her backside suddenly stiffen so I went to her. She was crying and told me never to call her again. Turns out she had counted the money wrong. It was a 2 hour session and I had paid $300 with 10 twenty's and a see note. All she saw was the twenty's so she thought I had stiffed her 80.
I also want to pay early is so I do not forget and walk out without paying. This has come close to happening with me at least twice.
I think I would make it clear to the SP, that her 'handler' should be fired. How can the SP feel safe when the 'information' obtained is incorrect? That has the potential to be very dangerous for her. The 'handler' has no value, at least in your case that makes the 'cut' worthwhile. Google Voice (GV) numbers are re-issued, maybe the information obtained was from a previous GV user long ago. If the number was used for a business or added to a website, some information could be extracted from it (perform your own search to see what results are returned).
The beauty of GV is the shield it provides to your privacy.
I follow the sentiment of Es421, keep a hidden stash in the car for various reasons.
Great sessions are difficult to find, if you are considering seeing her again, try to eliminate the 'handler'.
