Never received any kind of call or other communication from a so-called "contact tracer". I don't think they exist.

Also there is a huge disconnect between who has the power to mandate a lockdown and who has the power to support the citizens once they are locked down. Resulting in lockdowns with no economic support. Are we just supposed to hope that the same system will work if there is a more deadly pandemic in the future? Like and airborne Ebola with 90% fatality rate?

While Australia did contain the virus (but are having outbreaks now) their mitigation / lockdown measures were / are draconian, and the fallout from a public health standpoint, particularly mental health, has been devastating.
