There are places around, especially in Jackson or Jenny at PT that do BBFS and GFE and handful of FS places around. Also you can find a suitable escort to do whatever you're willing to pay for.

Sure maybe a girl goes rogue every once in a while but generally, a place will only offer what they offer. So if you're looking to get more than what a place is known to do, why not just skip ahead to a sure thing?
