Kylie has blonde hair but it's darker, shorter and not as straight. Kylie has many tats but none on the upper arms. She also has an upper back tat that's not on the pic. That is 100% for sure Barbie.

She also had one upper left arm tattoo. She might be new to the scene or at least not reviewed recently.
I scooped her up because she does look exactly like Barbie from three out of four angles and I thought I had found Barbie. She was very personable and took good care of me so it was an OK substitution.
