Site can not tell you how to get around the TOS.
They know exactly why you were banned, probably have a record of that reason, your IP Address, eMail addy, MAc Addy, CC used, phone #, etc. As your post demonstrates they do track and keep records of who is using the site to keep the bad actors from coming back.
Wider issue is that the passage of FOSTA / SESTA made websites liable for damages. BP got shutdown, so did CXG. Large number of websites, including this one went dark until they could be moved offshore.
So to protect his cash cow, Brandon Wade has changed the focus of the website from sugar dating to regular dating. Now supposedly there are BOTs that scan EVERY email looking for P2 P language and that apparently gets reviewed by a human and then bans issued. I think this is a strategy to provide and [U]affirmative defense[/U] - proof that they are not promoting prostitution and do everything in their power to stamp it out.
So anyone who gets back on could be aware that BOTs are scanning emails and make 100% certain that they avoid anything that "looks like" in any shape or form P2 P discussions. I think there are BOT profiles out there as well as over the years have encountered "girls" who have outright asked about P2 P or made inferences, no doubt trying to sucker me into a P2 P discussion so I got banned. In those cases, almost any reply would have been an acceptance of their statement and resulted in a ban. Don't get "set up!" Only reply I could think of was: "what you proposed sounds like P2 P, that is illegal, I do not engage in that activity. " Then I blocked the profile.
