I have tons of pics on my iPhone and when I go back to older photos that icon appears for a moment and then it disappears when it downloads into my phone. When you open the picture in your iPhone and it has that icon it will be in lower quality (because it hasn't been downloaded fully) but once it is downloaded the icon will disappear and pic quality will improve. LOL you thought you did sumn'.
