Good questions. Here is what I recommend, and it has worked quote well for me. 1) do not be demanding with what you expect, it's all about compromise. The one thing she will want above all is to feel safe and secure. So if you go off the rails and demand BB or fulfillment of some obscure kink, then all bets are off, 2) be willing to meet in public first, Starbucks is ideal if you can find a place to make small talk without those around you listening in, 3) be respectful. Nothing kills the deal quicker than an overall lack of respect. Pay for everything, open doors, do what you have to do. Regarding hosting, the large majority cannot, so you will have to be willing to spring for a hotel or a car date. I'm seeing it first hand, we have had two clients who closed up shop & quit while ahead, their financials suggested they had a low % of surviving this after 4 months.
