I have to agree.

I haven't seen any quality providers come through for a while.

Your best bet is to see someone that has a good reputation elsewhere.

The good providers tend to keep their phone numbers because they keep regulars and it's easier to find their good reviews. The bad ones change names phone numbers and pics all the time to keep you guessing. If you are going to drop $600 on an escort for 2 hours just know what her reviews are. If you can't find any then that's not a good sign either because really good providers always have reviews.

As to your first question, I don't think it should be an either / or issue.
