I'm not saying I totally disagree with the fine analysis on this topic, but how would the increase in new agencies be explained away? Increasing rates is a legitimate business strategy for somewhat standardized hourly work, specifically when the professional is fully booked. The loss in customers is made up by the the increased rate. The difference is that the services offered in AAMPs is non-standardized. The top of the food chain can find a new market clearing rate. But, probably because of self esteem issues, the other girls feel compelled to also try. I bet not a single one of them flashed on the ideas that if they didn't raise their rate they might get more business, or at least sustain the business they already have.
We are in a period of price discovery. I don't think there is any "institutional memory" in the AAMP game. There will eventually be a sustainable market clearing price and certain types of women that willing to give it a go! In economics there are supposed to be substitutes for almost everything. They might be "better", or they might be "worse". I started out in the AMPs. And, even though I can't imagine it at this point in time, if everything got shitty enough, I suppose I could go back there!

I haven't seen many on your list but for the ones that I saw I would certainly put some on my repeat list that you have as non repeaters. Are we looking for looks or service or a combination of both?
