About a month ago I was heading out of Ybor and as I passed the bridge on 22nd, I saw a slender blonde walking up the frontage road, could only see her back, not her face. So I took a quick right, drove down a few streets and doubled back to get a good look. She smiled and waved to me, maybe 30 years old, really bad acne so I passed.
Since that brief encounter, I have added an occasional loop in this area if I am that far south on Nebraska, but haven't seen anything remotely doable. I think NC is being generous at sub-4, I would say more like subhuman. Haven't seen the blonde ever again. All elderly BSW's.
