Bacterial based are treatable but by the time you got the symptoms your wife would prob have it too.
Viral based like herpes got symptoms when there is an outbreak. Even without outbreak there is still viral shredding. 16% of the us population got herpes and 50% of black women got it too according to cdc so do the math.
So, exercise precaution by avoiding high risk folks. Do the prevention by making sure the receptacle (top, bottom or back) got no blister, foul smell, strange liquid (white stuff means she got yeast, green stuff means bacteria and red means blood), sensitive to touch. Most important, use protection and drink plenty of liquid and fruit before sexcercise.

Your Tabby spells her name "Tabathia" and is 30 years old. She left Baltimore a while back, married another woman, and is living down south. The Tabby on the stroll now spells her name "Tabatha" (a couple of her court records have it spelled "Tabitha, but it's the same girl), is 22 years old and was in jail at Jennifer Road for a while this year, having been released in early October.

Hit the WW loop on a dreary Wednesday morning, not much out.
