So this is more for the truly experienced and well versed guys. When I read these boards I see more mongers saying that the dream was a waste of money or underwhelming than I do see they had a great time and actually got their moneys worth. With that being said what do the senior guys think of the idea of simply telling the provider you aren't going to pay until the service is complete just so you can avoid being ripped off. I'm sure several providers are going to balk at the idea but I'm sure the ones who want the money are going to see it through. Seniors please feel free to school me.
Good luck with that, if it's your first time seeing them. If they've provided the service, no matter how bad, it's not a ripoff, it's bad service. The only option you have for bad service is not to return and give them your money. They're a handful of regulars I see, that I don't give the money upfront, but we've established a trust on both sides. I know the service is going to be good and they know I always pay. Sometimes I forget until I'm getting ready to leave and they still don't ask for the money, but again that's established over time.
