If you have contacts in the bay area, or other cities, you can use those references to open doors with some of the LA bookers. Best way to start, is text a booker with multiple girls available. State up front that you can provide references in SF and elsewhere. Once you start the dialogue, you can ask which girls are available at a given time slot. The booker will probably redirect you to one of the "less popular" providers, or maybe a less busy appointment time, but that is how you get your foot in the door. That first step is critical. See one or two other providers from the same booker, then branch out to other networks, with your newly established, local reference.
